Anyone take this stuff? Is it good? Is it safe?

Swastea is the best source of info, I'd be good if he gave you his imput. I haven't tried Animal Pump, but I did use for a while Animal Pak (Vitamin Supplement) which is made by the same company, Universal Nutrition. It was a bit expensive but its by far the best supplement I've ever taken. They do make good products in my opinion.

If you're looking for a pre-workout supplement I can tell you that I've tried BSN's No-Xplode and Gaspari's SuperPump 250, I liked SuperPump a lot better.

I have used it in the past, works awesome.

Guy who owns the gym is about to enter a competition he reccomended it to me, he said it was 'freakish'.

Ok I started the animal pump on Thursday. I wasnt to thrilled about having to choke down like 8 pills but oh well it was worth a shot. This stuff is good. Have done the No Explode several times in the past and it doesnt even compare to this stuff. Worked out Thur, Fri and Saturday and thought I could pick up the gym and take it home with me thats how good I felt. And its also cheaper than No Explode. I did feel a little sluggish at night, I guess thats when I started coming down but the effects were alot less than No Explode. Cant wait to hit the gym tomm

Yea, all the pills sucks I agree. But the recovery time and the pump you get is AWESOME. Makes it worth it.
